As a serial entrepreneur, Tiffany has owned businesses in screen printing, real estate, financial services, and promotional products. She has also consulted for startups in healthcare, logistics, and various other industries.

After the Great Recession forced the closure of her real estate and financial services agency, Tiffany transitioned to the senior living industry. She found her passion in helping seniors and their families. With a new perspective and mission, she is dedicated to training and developing future leaders in the aging care space.
